As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be tasked with ensuring that the needs of our publisher base are being met to an exceptional standard. You will be expected to provide an excellent level of customer service and to promote these quality standards throughout the network. Your time will mostly be spent liaising with publishers on a daily basis, while supporting other departments and identifying new publisher opportunities. More than most other roles in the company, you will learn a lot about the affiliate industry as you are quizzed and queried on all possible topics by curious publishers.
Key responsibilities within this superb role include:
Responding to publishers through various methods of communication such as emails, support tickets, live chat, forums and telephone
Supporting other departments and acting as a point of escalation for publisher enquiries
Advising and consulting publishers on best practice and market trends

Listening to publisher queries and responding clearly in a polite and friendly manor
An ability to troubleshoot and investigate problems efficiently to reach a solution
Multitask queries from numerous sources, delivering value to all
Initiative to offer help to publishers without necessarily being asked
Remaining open-minded when understanding publisher enquiries
An understanding of the different publisher types and how they work
An eye for potentially strong business opportunities in the publisher space
Ability to adopt an affiliate’s problem as your own and seeing it right through to resolution
Good standard of academic achievement (degree)
Experience in performance marketing, specifically knowledge of individual publishers, their USPs and how to work with them effectively
Proven track record of forging strong client relationships and delivering customer delight
You will be expected to have a good understanding of affiliate marketing and what we do in the industry for any role within Awin.
