Awin is looking for a Publisher Development Manager to work on the recruitment, selection and development of affiliates for its key clients within the affilinet platform. The role will be to look at ways to optimise existing affiliate performance and how best to promote our advertisers through a vast and diverse range of affiliates. You will work closely with the wider Awin and affilinet teams to identify and share new opportunities and best practice.
Key responsibilities within this superb role include:
Regularly monitor the performance of all affiliates across the platform to create benchmarking reports across specific business models and present findings back on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Look at new, creative and innovative ways to use content, imagery, product feeds etc. to promote the affilinet advertisers and their products across a wide range of diverse affiliates.
Be able to understand performance data of affiliates and make decisions accordingly to ensure advertisers get the best exposure possible
Manage the quality of traffic and sales being driven across the affiliate base, flagging and dealing with any issues
Ensure best practice, excellence and market leading affiliate management and development
Work with the Senior Account Manager to manage key affiliates on the programme and ensure they are getting the service and promotional materials they require
Meet with key affiliates across the programme and plan key strategic partnerships
Additional tasks such as the management of the Untracked Sales process and monitoring of publisher support portal

Education & Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with clients at a senior level, presenting, making recommends and advising on strategy. You should have experience working in an online marketing role and have a good understanding of the affiliate marketing industry as well as other online performance marketing channels. You will be highly motivated and able to work autonomously at times.
